Welcome Packet: A digital welcome guide outlining the onboarding process, expectations, key contacts, and any necessary pre-work for you as the client.
Discovery Questionnaire: A comprehensive form for you to provide details about your business, target audience, goals, current marketing efforts, and competitors.
Kickoff Call: A virtual meeting to discuss the questionnaire, clarify goals, establish timelines, andaddress any initial questions.
Strategy Development: The CommGrowth team analyzes the information provided and crafts a tailored strategy encompassing one or more of your core services (Strategic Communication, Social Content, Digital Advertising), with an emphasis on clear goals and measurable KPIs.
Collaborative creation
Strategy Presentation: A virtual meeting to present the proposed strategy, including recommendations for messaging, content themes, ad targeting, etc. This will give us time to hear your input and ensure alignment on all materials.
Content Calendar (if applicable): A shared document (Google Sheets, Asana, etc.) outlining the content calendar for social media, including post types, copy, visuals, and scheduling will be created by CommGrowth.
Ad Development (if applicable): Our team will design ads aligned with your brand and targeting parameters, along with compelling ad copy.
Asset Sharing: We will establish a secure method for clients to share any existing brand assets (logos, photos, videos, etc.) as well as guidelines for any future content creation needs.
Iterative Feedback: A clear process for feedback and revisions on strategy and content elements, ensuring client satisfaction before launch will be reviewed.
Launch & optimization
Final Approval: Secure client sign-off on all elements (strategy, content calendar, ads, etc.)
Campaign Launch: CommGrowth implements the strategy across specified channels.
Setup and Training: We will establish any necessary client access to dashboards or reporting tools, providing brief training if needed.
Ongoing Communication: To best support your business, we'll schedule regular check-ins (weekly, bi-weekly, etc.) for progress updates, reporting, and optimization discussions based on data insights.
